Culture is practically the only way for a small country to have any outside influence, especially  in the current global economy.  In contemplating the attraction of Greek culture in today's world, the GreekFriends.com founders discovered that they were in the midst of a culture in retreat, whose appeal and presence in an  English-speaking world has become negligible.  Although there is a desire to maintain our heritage, what is missing is a global strategy designed to maintain our culture in a vastly fragmented and ever-changing world.

GreekFriends.com was established to fulfill all the necessities for a comprehensive and dynamic Greek sociocultural presence.  This involves:
